3 – Withdrawal

The User has the right to withdraw from the contract without having to provide any reasons and without penalty within 14 days from the conclusion of the contract by any explicit statement (e.g. letter sent by mail or e-mail) of his decision to withdraw from the contract. For this purpose, you may use the form below, which should be sent to the Professional’s contact details.

Withdrawal form

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient that the explicit declaration (or the form above) is sent by the fourteenth day.

The Professional will refund the price paid within 14 days of the notice of withdrawal using the same means of payment used for the initial transaction. The User has the option to request a refund by a different means of payment, but in that case any additional costs arising from the chosen means of payment will be borne by the User.

The User acknowledges that the performance of the catering service before the expiration of the withdrawal period results in the loss of the right of withdrawal.

7 – Jurisdiction and ODR platform.

For disputes between the Professional and the Consumer arising from the online sales contract, the place of jurisdiction is exclusively that of residence or domicile of the Consumer, which is mandatory under Article 66-bis of the Consumer Code.

Please note that the European Commission provides an online platform for alternative (non-judicial) dispute resolution, available at the following link: https://webgate.ec.europa.eu/odr.

This is without prejudice to the right to refer to the competent Judicial Authority for disputes arising from the online sales contract.

8 – Applicable Law.

This contract is governed by Italian law.

For matters not expressly governed by these Terms and Conditions, please refer to the provisions of Legislative Decree 206/2005 (Consumer Code) and in particular Part III, Title III, Chapter I, the Civil Code and Legislative Decree 70/2003 on certain legal aspects of information society services and in particular on electronic commerce.
